Terms and Conditions

Service Fee: A service fee will be automatically added to the total amount at checkout for all online orders.
Taxes: Mandatory government charges are automatically added at checkout.

Overview: Our policy lasts 7 days. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Exemptions: Perishable goods, hazardous materials, and products not in compliance with vessel regulations are exempt from returns. Please verify what is allowed onboard before ordering; we are not responsible for confiscated items, and payment remains due in full.
Process: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items must be returned to the designated return address. Please note that an additional service fee may apply.
Refunds: We will notify you once the returned item has been inspected. Approved refunds will be automatically applied as a credit.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email crewtampa6@gmail.com and bring the item to us when the vessel is in port.
Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please bring returns to us when the vessel is in port.

Comments: We collect data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymized hash may be shared with the Gravatar service.
Media: Please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can extract this information.
Cookies: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to save your details for convenience; these cookies last for one year. Login cookies last for two days (or two weeks if “Remember Me” is selected), and screen options cookies last for one year.
Embedded Content: Articles on this site may include embedded content from other websites that behaves as if the visitor has visited those sites directly.
Data Retention and Rights: Comments are retained indefinitely. Registered users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Users may also request an exported file of their personal data or its erasure, excluding data we are legally required to keep.
